DESCRIPTION:Join us for a LIVE and in-person journey with Isa and Ari of One Light Tribe\, along with a prerecorded DJ set by Aguacate with live overlapping rhythm and voice\, and the cacao spirit! Session will be held at the beautiful maloka temple at Sacha\, San Marcos La Laguna. This powerful session includes warm up movement\, fire breathwork\, channeling\, chanting and sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls\, flutes\, shruti\, harmonium\, voice\, chimes\, didge and gong. Please arrive by 4 so we can begin on time. You can reserve in advance at the link below or message us to reserve your space and bring cash \n​Cacao contains the neurotransmitters serotonin\, tryptophan and dopamine. These assist with feelings of well-being\, can combat stress and anxiety\, and contribute to motivation. Cacao also contains the neuromodulator phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. Cacao is one of the highest sources of antioxidants and magnesium\, is extremely beneficial to heart health\, and helps lower blood pressure. Cacao also contains caffenine. \n​When we combine cacao with powerful breathwork\, chanting\, and sound healing\, we can achieve a sense of calm in the mind\, deep connection through an open heart\, and witness energy flowing through and around the body. \n​If you are experiencing serious health challenges or are on high levels of antidepressants\, please message us in advance to discuss whether this type of journey is safe for you or how we can accommodate your needs. \n​We begin the journey connecting with the group while we drink our cacao\, be sure to prepare before we begin. We will lead you in warm up movements and a session of powerful breathing\, a short meditation\, and then a surrender to sound. we will finish with short sharing/integration together.
