DESCRIPTION:Join us for a LIVE and in-person journey with Isa and Ari of One Light Tribe\, and along with special guest Sangita for a live DJ set with live overlapping rhythm and voice\, and the cacao spirit! Session will be held at the beautiful maloka temple at Sacha\, San Marcos La Laguna. This powerful session includes warm up movement\, holotropic breathwork\, channeling\, chanting and sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls\, flutes\, shruti\, harmonium\, voice\, chimes\, didge and gong. Please arrive by 4 so we can begin on time. You can reserve in advance at the link below or message us to reserve your space and bring cash \n​Cacao contains the neurotransmitters serotonin\, tryptophan and dopamine. These assist with feelings of well-being\, can combat stress and anxiety\, and contribute to motivation. Cacao also contains the neuromodulator phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. Cacao is one of the highest sources of antioxidants and magnesium\, is extremely beneficial to heart health\, and helps lower blood pressure. SUMMARY:Shipibo Medicine Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Connect with own soul through the wisdom of the plants\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for this very special 3 night healing plant medicine retreat. We are honored to welcome maestras Rosenda and Lilia back to Sacha.  The maestras are healers from the shipibo-conibo lineage and visiting us from Pucallpa\, Peru. They bring with them the teachings they have received through the plants\, and will conduct the 2 nighttime ceremonies with their icaros (transmissions or songs of the plants) that will help to cleanse your body\, sprit and emotions. We will hold an integration ceremony with cacao and another special teacher for the final day/night. \n\n\nRetreat Details\n\n\n\n\nWhat is included:\n\n2 nighttime ayahuasca ceremonies led by the maestras\, accompanied by Isa and Ari\nDaytime-evening integration ceremony with cacao and other special teacher ‘plant’\nAccommodations at Sacha\, 2 and 4 beds per-room (there is limited private room availability for a couple or if single occupancy there is $150 extra fee).\nAll meals\, organic\, home-cooked and on the plant medicine diet. Meals are vegan with the exception of optional eggs\, and we can accommodate any special dietary needs\nTemezcal (sauna) and plant bath on the day before the first ceremony.\nYoga and sound healing session\nSharing circles to help to integrate the work\nRetreat will begin at 1PM with lunch on Thursday March 20. Plan to arrive by noon that day to settle in. Retreat ends after brunch and sharing on Sunday March 23\, approx. 1PM. Retreat is limited to 15 participants.\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be additional single night ceremonies on the evening of March 24 and 25\, this can be added additional and you would be welcome to stay at Sacha between the retreats for per night accommodation cost. \nCost does not include: International airfare to Guatemala City\, travel insurance\, RT taxi or shuttle to the lake from airport (3+ hour trip and we can assist in pairing people coming together)\, or added night of accommodation at Sacha or elsewhere. \nAll info and details will be sent in advance of the retreat to all registered\, this will include a special ayahuasca diet to follow. \nWe can help you plan your journey\, please message ari@onelighttribe.com once you are registered.
