DESCRIPTION:Join us for a transformational  journey with sacred cacao\, your own breath and vibrational healing. The journey will be guided by Isa and Vladimir\, along with Andrew Aguacate and a live dj set for the breathwork with overlapping live rhythm and voice. This powerful session includes warm up movement\, fire breathwork\, channeling\, chanting and sound healing with alchemy crystal bowls\, harmonium\, voice\, chimes\, didge and gong. You can reserve in advance at the link below or message us to reserve your space and bring cash \n\n\n\n\nOption to stay for home cooked Mayan veggie dinner for extra Q60\, please bring cash.\nRegister in advance here \nTheobroma Cacao (translates ‘Food of the Gods’) contains many beneficial health properties and has been used as a food for millennia and ceremonially by Mesoamerican cultures. It was once comparable to gold\, used in trade and ceremonially to document life-milestones. \nWhen we drink cacao prepared for ceremony using high quality raw cacao beans\, the mood enhancing neurochemicals in cacao activate. There is increased blood flow and oxygen to the brain\, heart and skin\, the whole body is nourished\, awareness and focus is heightened and sensations are intensified. This promotes deep relaxation and often space for emotional release. You may feel a deep sense of joy and peace\, a connection to the oneness as well as insights of limiting behaviors\, thoughts and feelings that are able to be understood and released within the safe space of ceremony. \nCacao contains the neurotransmitters serotonin\, tryptophan and dopamine. These assist with feelings of well-being\, can combat stress and anxiety\, and contribute to motivation. Cacao also contains the neuromodulator phenylethylamine (PEA) which helps the body create feelings of excitement and euphoria. Cacao is one of the highest sources of antioxidants and magnesium\, is extremely beneficial to heart health\, and helps lower blood pressure. Cacao also contains caffenine. \nWhen we combine cacao with powerful breathwork\, chanting\, and sound healing\, we can achieve a sense of calm in the mind\, deep connection through an open heart\, and witness energy flowing through and around the body. \nWe begin the journey sharing in drinking the cacao together. We will lead you in warm up movements and a session of powerful breathing with loud music\, a short meditation\, and then a surrender to sound. Hopefully you will leave feeling energized but also quite relaxed in the body. \nPlease wear comfortable clothing for sitting and moving. Also please bring a water bottle and blindfold to cover the eyes. Yoga mats and bolsters/blankets will be provided. \nYou will leave feeling both energized and grounded. This journey assists in clearing the mind and bringing blood flow and oxygen to your body\, and naturally uplifts the spirit.
