This art… or “Relational Artistry” as we like to call it – can bring about much deeper satisfaction, joy, and bliss into all of our relationships — especially our close interactions with friends, partners and beloveds.

We can relate from our whole being – body, mind and soul… and when we do – we are bringing more of ourselves forward to be received. This creates a richer exchange of authenticity and support that so many of us crave. Through practicing authentic, true and liberated ways of expressing ourselves and holding safe spaces for others to do so as well, a whole garden of satisfying possibilities can grow between us.

Embodied Bliss begins with our voices through conscious communication and leads into embodied consensual exchange of physical touch and deep loving presence. We will work with both the subtle energetics of what it is to be human as well as the material flesh of our bodies. All of this opens up opportunities for deep nourishment and healing, as well as brings about natural states of pleasure, relaxation and embodied bliss.

What to expect: Daily Partner Yoga Exercises, Massage & Conscious Touch Practices, Embodied Movement, Breathwork, Delicious Shared Meals, Temazcal, Personal Free Time, Introduction to the Mayan CosmoVision, Day Trip/s to local towns, a Cacao Ceremony, and more.

This is a non-sexual event however some discussion will take place regarding more intimate practices. Consensual physical touch, sensuality and eros is welcomed. This will be a trauma-informed space yet also a playful atmosphere of safe exploration.
