This transmission is an offering, overflowing, and concentration of pure, primordial, life force energy. It is a macro dose of Pure Life, which is love. Each day, we are micro dosing Life as she is, and in these ceremonies, we are given the opportunity to sit and be moved by the iridescent electricity of our own existence and the light of life that is in and made and moves all things — the waves of the ocean, the forming of a rainbow, the falling of rain, the birthing of a newborn, the synchronistic unfolding of our path altogether as global family. May we remember why we came and who we truly are — now.

We will begin with an opening prayer, light breathwork, and then we will lay to receive the 100 minute transmission of raw life force energy. After the transmission, we will come home slowly, pray together, and open the space for sharing, reflections and connection. 

— Preparation —

This ceremony is such a special and truly nourishing, healing, and transformational offering and transmission of raw, loving, and pure life force energy, and it is my highest pleasure and privilege to be a conduit of this and to offer this with you in a safe and beautiful space among soul family.

You are welcome to arrive to Sacha any time between 10:30 AM and 10:50 AM so as to receive sacred smudge, land softly, settle in, and begin connecting with the land, yourself, and the energy.

To prepare, I now invite you to begin getting curious about your intention for coming to receive the transmission. Is there something that you are praying for, wondering about, welcoming in, or a seed in your life that you are sowing and watering? Is there something you are working with, becoming free of, and making space for? I welcome the highest intentions of your beautiful heart now.

Whether or not you have experience with Kundalini Activation or Kundalinj Yoga, I welcome you to come with an open heart, mind, and without expectations or predictions. This energy is highly intelligent, safe, loving, and will offer you exactly what you need in the exact moment you need it. You may have a very dynamic experience with a lot of movement and expression, or you may experience a deep stillness, rest, or an inner dance, or perhaps something in between. All is perfect, and all of you and your expression and experience is welcome and valid. 

— The Experience (11 AM —2 PM) —

•opening prayer, kundalini breathwork & kriyas (30ish mins)

•kundalini activation transmission and immersive musical journey (100ish mins)

•welcome back meditation, closing prayer, & space for sharing (20ish mins)

— Please Bring —

•comfortable, soft, loose clothing (white clothing is so welcome) 

•a blindfold or eye mask

•a water bottle

•your prayers, your intention, your whole self

— Recommendations —

•physically write out your intentions and prayers to let this energy know that you are committed, ready, and available to receive

•fast for 2 hours before (water, herbal tea and light fruit is okay until 9:00 AM)

•avoid coffee, alcohol, and other strong stimulants, psychedelics and substances a few days before, the day of, and a few days after the ceremony 

•limit screen time the day before, the day of, and after the ceremony

•ensure you have space and time for the rest of the day, as well as the day after, to integrate, swim, ground, nourish and eat well. this is an invitation to not do much. you are invited to relax simply into being. 

It is my highest and most divine honour, pleasure and privilege to be a conduit of this energy and to share it with you in this way. May this gathering and remembrance serve you and your highest and the highest good of all beings in all realms across all lifetimes. And so it is.
